The Gallo-Roman Museum of Saint-Romain-en-Gal – Vienne has replaced its audio guide system, anticipating the evolution of its use with functions including the visit of the outdoor site and the temporary exhibit room.

300 multi-lingual audio guides are available free of charge to the public. This new system integrates guided visits of the Museum with archaeological site visits to guests from around the world. The audio guides exist in 5 languages: English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.


Disabled visitors : adapted versions are available for persons who have hearing loss.

Young visitors : special guided visits are available for ages 7 and up.

Each guest selects the commentaries of his choice from the proposed recorded selection. He is therefore able to adapt the visit to his own pace thanks to the audio guide's simple use.
